Returns for home kits

• Unused home whitening kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened or used kits cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
• Kits must be in original packaging with all components intact.
• Email info.rsco@protonmail.com with the subject “Return”. Include a description and photos if something is defective or incorrect.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the kit was defective or we sent the wrong item.
• Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping is not refunded unless the error was ours.

Services

Radiant Smiles provides teeth whitening services and products through this website, partner studios, and home visits. We may cancel or withdraw a service if needed. Payment is required at purchase. Results vary. Follow all instructions provided with treatment.

Liability

We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every description, price, or availability note is error-free. We are not responsible for website downtime. Radiant Smiles is not liable for damages or injuries from misuse of products or services.

Intellectual property

Site content, images, and brand materials belong to Radiant Smiles. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
